I have Game Audio go through " VAIO Input" and Discord Audio go through " AUX VAIO Input" I use VoiceMeter (specifically Potato, but Banana will work for this, standard edition will not work) and it works wonders! (I also use VB CABLE but you don't need to for shadowplay recordings)
